I did this slow tingly countdown in the hope of helping you nod off if you have trouble sleeping. I find countdowns particularly helpful in the middle of the night when I have racing thoughts.
Before the countdown I begin by whispering a poem I wrote followed by hard candy sounds. I also give you a scalp massage throughout.
